- Q: What is the age requirement to order from Seeds Direct? A: You must be at least 19 years old to view or purchase products from our website.
- Q: Do you guarantee seed germination? A: Seeds are live products, and their viability can be affected by many external conditions once in your hands. While we perform rigorous quality control and germination tests (ensuring >90% viability) before seeds leave our facility, we do not guarantee or warranty germination once they are shipped. However, we do include extra seeds and freebies as a friendly insurance to maximize your chances of success.
- Q: What if my package is lost or stolen? A: Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date or reported delivery. We will assist in tracking with the carrier and may offer a reshipment or store credit if confirmed lost or damaged. Please note we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
- Q: What if my order includes promotional items? A: All promotions are subject to stock availability. If an advertised item is unavailable, we will substitute it with other promotional stock. Promotional items and freebies may change without notice.
- Q: How long does it take to process an order? A: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday).
- Q: Do you ship worldwide? A: Currently we only ship to Canada. Stay tuned for updates.

- Q: When will my payment method be charged? A: We process charges when your order is confirmed, typically within 24 hours of placement.
- Q: Are there any additional fees for using certain payment methods? A: We reward cryptocurrency payments with a 15% discount!
- Q: How do I verify that my payment was successful? A: You’ll receive an immediate confirmation email once your payment is processed successfully. We will screenshot your transaction for our archive until your order is completed.
- Q: Can I change my payment method after placing an order? A: For payment method changes, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order.
