Discreet Packaging: Your privacy is a top priority for us. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging without any indication of the contents or the Seeds Direct brand. No reference to cannabis or seeds will be made on the packaging, ensuring discretion upon delivery. We offer discreet guaranteed shipping, which can be added at checkout. For some countries (e.g., United States, New Zealand, and others), seeds may be removed and repacked from original breeder packs when discreet shipping is selected. Please contact customer service if you have questions about discreet shipping.

Tracking Information: Your tracking ID will be emailed to you on the day of dispatch. You can also check your order status and tracking ID in the “Order History” section of your account. Please allow 24-48 hours for mail services to update tracking information. If tracking doesn’t work after 48 hours, please contact us for assistance.

Delivery Estimates:

  • Domestic Deliveries: We estimate 2-5 business day Canada. Expedited options are available.
  • International Shipping: We estimate 7-15 business days for international deliveries, though it might take up to 21 business days. Import duties, taxes, or charges vary by country, and Seeds Direct is not liable for any additional costs incurred. We advise you to track your parcel until arrival.

Delivery Attempts & Responsibility: Typically, mail/courier services will make [Number] delivery attempts. After that, the parcel may be held at a depot for [Number] days for redelivery arrangement. If not claimed, items may be returned to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to enter correct and valid address details. If you request for your parcel to be left somewhere on your property (e.g., porch, shed, over a fence), we cannot be held responsible if it cannot be found. We do not accept responsibility for packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses, being unclaimed, or other reasons beyond our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments: If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package, and in cases of confirmed loss or damage, we will offer to reship your order or issue store credit. Please note that we are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
