These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your use of the Seeds Direct website and any services or products available herein. By using or purchasing from our website, you signify your acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Legal Disclaimer.

Product Use & Disclaimer: Seeds Direct sells seeds strictly as collectible genetic preservation souvenirs. All items on this site contain less than 0.03% THC and are classified as hemp seeds by law. We can legally sell cannabis seeds for the use of fishing bait additives, as luxury bird food, as souvenirs, or for storage in anticipation of law changes. We refuse to sell cannabis seeds to anyone we have reason to believe intends to use them for personal cultivation where it is a criminal offense, or to distribute them to countries where possession or trafficking is illegal.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 19 years old to order cannabis seeds from Seeds Direct. By purchasing from this site, you warrant that you are over 19 years of age.

Your Responsibility: For your own protection, you are required to inquire about and comply with all local and international laws governing the purchase and possession of cannabis seeds in your part of the world. By ordering, you confirm that you have checked your local and international laws, that it is safe to proceed, and that the responsibility for that decision rests solely upon you. You release Seeds Direct of any liability or legal problems, as we assume your purchase is for NOVELTY purposes only.

Website Use: The use of our website is at your sole risk. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the entire accuracy of all information provided on the website, except in relation to product descriptions. Seeds Direct is not responsible for the content or opinions expressed in third-party product reviews, blogs, or comments displayed on our site, and displaying them does not imply endorsement. Please read all product instructions and manuals carefully; we are not involved in manufacturing and cannot advise on use beyond manufacturer guidelines.

Order Process: Orders can be placed online via our website. We process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Tracking IDs are emailed to you upon dispatch. Please ensure your billing and delivery names and addresses are correct; using bogus or false names may prevent delivery.

Account Responsibility: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information for your account. You are prohibited from creating an account using another person’s name or email. You are fully responsible for all activities within your account and agree to notify Seeds Direct immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

Payment Methods: All payments are to be made payable by e-transfer to seedsdirect.store@gmail.com. You can also place orders online and choose cash payment (send to our mailing address), or pay by various cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, and many more). All charges will be in CAD. We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe to be fraudulent. Seeds Direct does not store card details.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns/refunds at this time.

Account Deletion: You may request your account be deleted from our system by contacting us via email or phone. Seeds Direct reserves the right to delete accounts from our system with no notice.
